• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. 

• - This is a standalone property. 

• - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.

• - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available till 11 PM.

• - This is a pet-friendly property.

• - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

• - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 

• - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

• POLICIES

• - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

• - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 

• - Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.

• - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes. 

• - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. 

• - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.

• - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.

• - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 

• - All-male groups are not allowed.

• - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.

• - Please note that there is a separate unit on the premises to which guests do not have access.

• PET POLICY

• - In case of a power outage, the 2.5 KVA inverter can support1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours.

• - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 

• -Guests will need to pay a security deposit ranging from Rs. 5,000 to 20,000. However, during the occasion of an event, the security deposit will increase accordingly.

• - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
