I commend the staff in the reception area for being so helpful. We only stayed for 1 night before our flight back to Manila. Location is convenient for island tours. The hotel is small and the soundproofing is not that good. They dont have their own gym or pool but as part of the H group, you have gym access in Ritual fitness and gym in the Town center and pool access in Nacpan Beach Resort. They have complimentary airport transfers to Lio airport which is very much appreciated. Overall it was a good overnight stay.

Couldn't be happier with the quality of the facilities and staff. AC works wonderful and is on in the main building which is important for me. WiFi was very good and reliable, tv was modern and very high quality, bathroom was clean, modern and in perfect condition. Coffee available every day at the front desk and free potable water in the hallway. Location was good for us, but kind of in a strange location where you're at dead end near the port. Kind of convenient for the tours but a little bit away from the downtown area. Worked just fine for us. My one gripe is that the van service we reserved was sketchy about us picking our seats on the van because we wanted separate seats, that annoyed me a lot especially because these vans pick people up on the way back anyway so I'd do some research on finding a more reputable van service.

The hotel location was a little bit far from the town center but it was okay! It is still walkable tho if you will use tricycle most importantly when having tour in the early morning, you’d need to pay 100 php. But, the staff are very nice & accommodating! They even helped us in our every tour since they offer it within their sister companies. The food in the tour is also delicious! All of the boats are very modernized!

Our stay at Z Garden Hotel in El Nido was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the staff. Special mention goes to the receptionists, Elize and Pau, who were phenomenal—warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. We booked two rooms—one for my cousin and another for my husband and me—and both were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. A standout feature was the Dyson hair blower, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. Oh the bed is just amazing! The location is incredibly convenient. It’s less than a minute’s walk to the port where island tours begin, making early morning departures stress-free. It’s also just about a 10-minute walk to El Nido Town Proper, so everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, Z Garden Hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, location, and exceptional service. As a lovely send-off, we even received a pineapple cake and a linen bag before departure—such a thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended for anyone visiting El Nido!

Z Garden Hotel has exceeded our expectations. From manong guard who opens the door with a smile and a bow, to the front desk staffs who greeted us with a smile and offered to help us with transport and made sure that our stay was comfortable, and to the cleaning staff who left our room spotless every time, we couldn’t be happier. Aside from being a budget-friendly hotel, my husband and I also felt like we were spoiled because of the impeccable service that this hotel has given us. I would love to come back again with my family if given a chance. Thank you for giving us a memorable stay.
