The location is convenient, and parking and transport are useful positives. However, the stay offers poor value for money, with disgusting cleanliness, horrendous staff service and behavior. Bathroom was disappointing, when asked to clean, the only two boys available at hotel told "aisa hi hai bathroom". Despite online booking I was asked to pay extra amount. On refusing to do so they increased the tarrif when I continued for second day adjusting the amount that I refused also forced to change the room to a smaller one and all the toiletries along with towel was removed. Stale vegetable (leftover of last night party at hotel) was served along with dry poori in the breakfast. On questioning it, all staff avoided to face it. The two day stay felt like a torture as if I was staying as a prisoner on their mercy. Request the owner to get involved in daily operations or the property worth crores will be spoiled by the staff and the very bad image is being built in guests minds.
