Not clean and overcharged for early check-in
We came by train and arrived early in the morning around 4:00 AM. After reaching the hotel to freshen up, we were charged an early check-in fee of ₹300 per room. The receptionist also asked for a tip during check-in. The first room assigned to us had its windows left open, and due to rain, the floor and bed were completely wet. We requested a room change, but even the replacement room had water leaking from the bathroom onto the room floor. Since our return train was at 8:00 PM the same day, we stayed only for about 4–5 hours. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place just to freshen up and don't mind compromising on cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel may be an option. However, our overall experience was disappointing.
