We were super excited to spend a night our vacation at this resort. Fortunately, we only booked one night. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. 1). Ordered dinner/wine in room because rain. Food itself took hour for 3 dishes. Wine arrived 20 minutes later after we tried food and could not eat. We made decision to drive the 25 minutes to nearest store (7) for some food so didn’t open wine until we got back. Opened it and discovered it was rancid/spoiled. Messaged the manager but no response (maybe too late?).. in morning they came to room at 8:30 for payment for meal. We told about the wine which we still had full and you asked them to smell. Lady refused and demanded payment. We said would talk to manager. Lady left and came back with 2-3 guys again demanding payment. Paid them so they would leave. Manager wouldn’t speak with us when we were leaving. So unprofessional both to sell bad products you won’t fix, and not to work with customer to fix problem. 2). Half of activities were not in use. ATVs broken. Water stuff in maintenance, and electrical go carts and ski cars not working. 3). Room was incredibly small already and they jammed two beds with huge headboards into them.. barely enough room to walk around the beds Ants everywhere. Bathtub outside looks good but It’s not usable. Inside bathroom is so small that you have to shower on top of the toilet and sink. 4) about the location is 25 minutes from even the closest store. I would not stay here again, even if it was free.
