Petit Hotel Hostatgeria La Victoria

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great, there are stunning hikes you can do from hotel’s car park. There are also very pretty swimming spots to stop at on the way to the hotel. We visited in mid August, therefore the room was very hot without an aircon. The small ceiling fan did not help. I would stay here again, but not during peak summer months.

Beautiful exceptional place. Fantastic location, beautiful view. Clean, safe, quiet. I don’t like there is no human to check you in. No human at all. Good for people who don’t want to talk to people. Apart from that - fantastic

Beautiful hotel but the road until there is very hard to navigate. No light for 12min. So I had bad internet in the room. The first day my room wasn't cleaned. I didn't have one of those door hangers "do not clean" but saw in other rooms. Although, they cleaned it on the second day, they didn't lock the door which left me afraid for the safety of my belongings. There was a lot of noise on the first floor rooms. If someone showers, or uses any water in the bathroom, or flushes the toilet you hear everything so loud like you are inside. Also I came to rest but had to wake up at 8:30 because the breakfast is on the first floor of rooms. Right outside of the rooms and its so loud! Almost like people are inside your room. The room it's also almost a closet! Incredibly small. the pin at the door keeps failing if you arrive past 10pm. You need to put it at least 5 times before it works and it's not even sure. I freaked out a lil bit at night if I would have to sleep outside. The shower is so small the curtain keeps being stuck to your body and there's water leaking Good thing is they have 24h support and that was super helpful. Room clean and bed comfortable. Other than that doesn't feel like a hotel at all. Never even saw someone at the reception. I booked an hotel instead of an airbnb to have support at the hotel but nothing. Only saw someone making breakfast in the morning who helped me get some new towels

Very small rooms (especially bathrooms), no staff available in case of problems - not on site, nor by phone (self check-in through a machine), towels did not seem clean (stains). On a more positive note, the room is nicely decorated and the surroundings are very quiet.
