Mai chau Horizon Homestay

I stayed for three nights in the double room with a balcony overlooking rice fields — needless to say, the views were spectacular and I loved it. The family who runs the Homestay is very nice and helpful — they were quick to sort out my issues with the motorbike I hired with them. They also have bicycles which I used frequently. The location of the Homestay is great — not too far from village and some other points of interest such as the cave and waterfall. There was A/C and a fan in my room both of which worked, but some days I didn’t need to use either as there was a cool breeze coming in through the large balcony window which I often had wide open even during the day. The shower was good too, and although the bathroom was clean upon my arrival, it wasn’t cleaned during my stay, but that wasn’t an issue for me. Breakfast was simple but good and consisted of an omelette, warm bread, some fruit and coffee. They were not serving any other food during my stay — at least it’s what I was told, but I was here during low season so a lot of places were kinda quiet or closed, which wasn’t a problem for me either. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place with great views of the rice paddies. Thank you for having me! 💖

The room is nice with great view . Shower is outside the room !!!

Family was adorable. They offered many scooters to rent and assistance whatsoever. Breakfast was a nice banh with egg. I don't think they have restaurant for dinner there but many good restaurants are around.
