The staffs were extremely courteous. The room was an absolute value for money. No hassles at all. The rooms were tidy.

Worst experience!
Very disappointing stay experience. The room facilities and service were far below expectations. There was no heater, the AC was not working properly, and even the lift was not functioning. We had booked for 6 adults with 3 adults in each room, but extra mattresses were not provided as promised. When we at least requested blankets, the staff said they did not have any available. Even the restroom facilities were poorly maintained, and basic things like the health faucet/shower gun were not working properly. Additionally, it was mentioned that there is a 24-hour desk service, but there was no one available whenever we needed assistance. Even during checkout, nobody was present to collect the keys. Overall, the stay was highly inconvenient and poorly managed. Would not recommend.

Decent stay for 2-3 days if planned alone or two people
The name triple classic is not suitable for. However the cleanliness, lighting, location, Air conditioning are highlights of the stay.
