We originally booked 5 days but ended up staying for 4 because of the typhoon. We understand naman na hindi swimmable yung beach because of the weather, but unfortunately, hindi rin namin nagamit yung pool since open pool pala siya and green na rin yung water. Sana na-advise kami beforehand. Our room was on the 2nd floor and walang elevator, so medyo mahirap if you have heavy luggage or kasama ang elderly. May mga langgam din sa room and hindi siya properly swept when we arrived, although the staff were kind enough to clean it. Malamig naman yung aircon. On our last night, three times nawalan ng kuryente, which was concerning for us. We decided to check out early on August 29 instead of August 30. Unfortunately, wala rin kaming natanggap na update or apology regarding the inconvenience. Overall, hindi naging ideal yung stay namin, but we hope they can improve the cleanliness, pool maintenance, facilities, and guest communication. 7/10.

It's our first time to go on a trip in Zambales and I find the accommodation in the area expensive. Eden would be one of the nicest resorts there with a mid price. They have big cabanas in front of the beach which is great. Their food is good but a bit expensive too. Room could be improved in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

Staff were very accommodating to requests and questions. This place is perfect for people who don't like crowds. The location is peaceful and calm. Restaurant and kitchen staff were ready to take orders as early as 6:00am. We only ordered breakfast menus because we only ate during breakfast or lunch. Their food is great but a little pricey if I'm gonna be honest. We weren't able to swim on the pool or at the beach due to bad weather. The location is not prone to flooding even if it's just by the beach. We booked the superior room. We had a little issue with the water but the staff were able to inspect and replace the water on the tank after we mentioned it. They also have a mini-convenience store so you can get your essentials at their front office. One of the staff was our go-to tricycle driver for transportation. They really make sure you travel safely and giving tips on how to save transportation costs. Before our last day, we requested to eat at one of the cabanas and the staff were all nice to grant our request even though it was about to rain. We also had small talk with their consultant and he was genuinely a nice guy. I didn't expect our stay to be perfect but it was a memory to remember thanks to all the staff of Eden Beach Resort.

Limited breakfast menu No wifi connection especially in the room although there’s a router. There’s a wifi signel but no connection. According to staff, since many visitors are connecting to the wifi simultaneously, it cannot accommodate everyone Their breakfast coffee is only 3-in-1, kopiko to be exact

The roadway to access the resort property is very narrow; so if you’re driving a vehicle be prepared to squeeze thru parked trikes on the side of the road. I’m talking inches of clearance, very scary. The room we had was infested with ants. Needed maintenance and some painting done. The staff and security guard was very nice. They served us breakfast once. It was ok. The pool was nice. The ocean views were very nice. But sand drops very steep due to erosion. Once you walk out 8-10 feet from shore break, you are already neck deep. Not safe for children.
