Loved the location, service and decor. It's really a beautiful hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and in a very nice location. However, despite being a five-star property, there are several issues that significantly affected our experience. First and foremost, this is clearly a family hotel, almost exclusively aimed at families with young children. If you are a couple without children, travelling with friends, or simply looking for peace and quiet, I would not recommend it. Even in the swim-up rooms and pools, you can experience considerable noise from neighbouring families and children. Unlike other family resorts that provide adults-only areas where guests can enjoy some tranquillity, this hotel offers very few opportunities to escape the noise. If you are looking for a peaceful, adult-friendly luxury experience, this is probably not the right choice. At the same time, the hotel is surprisingly quiet when it comes to entertainment and activities. There is very little happening around the resort, and there are hardly any activities. I understand that this may be part of the hotel’s concept, but for a five-star resort, I found the lack of atmosphere and entertainment disappointing. Another major disappointment was the food. The buffet selection is simply not what I would expect from a five-star hotel. The food felt quite limited and, unfortunately, not particularly flavourful. There were also many dishes without proper labels, making it difficult to know exactly what you were taking or what ingredients a particular dish contained. For a five-star property, I expected a much higher standard in both the quality and presentation of the buffet. There also seems to be a serious shortage of staff throughout the hotel. This is particularly noticeable at the bars. For example, waiting 20–25 minutes just to get a drink is not reasonable for a five-star resort. I want to make it clear that I do not blame the bartenders themselves — they were generally very polite and were clearly doing their best. The problem is obviously that there simply aren’t enough staff to handle the number of guests efficiently. On the positive side, many members of the staff were extremely kind and professional, especially the staff at the bars, who were consistently friendly and welcoming. The hostess at the Asian restaurant was also very polite and helpful, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about her. Unfortunately, our experience at the Asian restaurant was completely unacceptable. We had made a reservation well in advance, precisely because we knew the restaurant was in high demand. When we arrived, the person in charge, Alexei, told us loudly that we had no reservation and practically threw the menu at us in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. We were then left waiting for approximately two hours for our food. When I went to complain to the hostess, I could clearly hear Alexei telling her to leave us waiting because, according to him, we had arrived without a reservation. This was particularly frustrating because we had, in fact, made a reservation in advance. By the time the situation was finally resolved, the buffet had already closed, leaving us with no alternative but to wait until around 10 p.m. to eat. Waiting two hours for sushi because of a reservation that we had actually made is simply unacceptable, especially at a five-star hotel. The way Alexei handled the situation was, in my opinion, deeply unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful. Mistakes can happen, but treating paying guests with contempt and then apparently blaming them for a reservation issue that was not their fault is not the level of service one expects from a five-star property. Overall, I would say this hotel is suitable almost exclusively for families with young children. If that is exactly what you are looking for, you may enjoy it. But if you are an adult couple, travelling with friends, or simply looking for a peaceful luxury resort with good food, efficient service, entertainment and adult-friendly s
