The comment is correct about switching off the AC and heater from backend

Hotel shows facilities but in actual even hot water was not available in rooms. TV was not in operating condition. No Inetrcome available, so every time you need anything then went to reception and wait for them to receive you complient and took 1 to 2 hr to resolve it. If there is no option then stay here otherwise take better option

it's okay. budget friendly option compare to novotel imagica. but there were mosquitoes, so keep repellant with you and also there was no facility to hang clothes. and that was bad. environment was good and peaceful. no disturbance of sleep at night. our was non AC room. it was okay, you can spend night but it was little bit costly.

Worst ever hotel. I booked it reading the positive reviews, neglecting the negative ones and because it was walking distance to Imagicaa. But trust me, all the negative reviews are true. Caveats - 1 - 300 fine on dirty towel, even if it is dirt. They charged few people infront of us because they might have cleaned shoes with it and the towel was dirty. Pointed out our towel also had lipstick mark 😂😂. 2 - They keep the geyser off, only turn it on when you ask them for it, that too only for 10 mins. 3 - Since checkout time is 10, they buzz the speaker in the room at 9 and start knocking on your door, REMINDING you about the checkout time, then again there is one more call at 9:45. 4 - If you spill food on the bedsheet, 1000 fine 😂, dude a new bedsheet will cost less than that. Also, their bed and bedding were of third class quality. 5 - Overall not very good and hospitable vibes.
