Worst stay ever! The place was completely unclean, the balcony was not cleaned in years, this place was very dirty! There's no reception desk! Wifi was not working, power cut all the time! They are not picking up our calls after check in, spider web on the roof and bedside table. bedsheets were used, stained and dirty, cleaning person was rude and not cleaning properly after showing dust everywhere! Toilet was dirty, tap was leaking, Entrance and common balcony was very dirty, they didn't clean anything after agreeing to clean! Bathroom window was broken. They don't provide towels/napkins, water bottles, toiletries or toilet paper or anything. They don't ask for ID proof at the time of checking into the hotel. This place is dirty for many years, very dusty and stinky! So many mosquitoes in the room and they blame us for that! We can't open windows, suffocating and smelly! TV was not working. Staff was unbothered about each and everything, they say "yes yes" and don't take any action after receiving the complaints. We stayed 3 nights there, this was the worst stay of my life, it spoiled our mood and experience of the vacation. It doesn't worth the money. This place really ruined our trip.
