We stayed at B&B HOTEL Madrid Vallecas Ensanche and overall it was a great experience. The hotel offers free parking in nearby areas outside the hotel, while parking inside the premises is chargeable. We preferred to park outside since we were out all day, so there was no need to pay for additional parking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfast area and facilities were really good—clean and tidy throughout. The staff were helpful and understood English, which made communication easy. Although the hotel is quite far from the city centre, we hired a car so this was not an issue for us. The area also felt safe, which was reassuring. However, there was a major issue with cleanliness. While the beds were made, the bathrooms, toilets, and floors were not cleaned at all. I informed reception and requested housekeeping, but they mainly just made the beds again, which I was not satisfied with. On the positive side, I would still recommend this hotel and would consider staying again. We travelled from London to Madrid, and overall it offers great value for the price. It is a must-stay in Madrid at a great and best price. Overall, it is a great place to stay whether you are coming as a tourist, for business, or with family. I would recommend it.
