Villa di Piazzano - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

The staff (male one) who checked in for us had the worst attitude ever. Upon our arrival, we did not feel welcomed at all. The moment he learned that we were heading out for dinner (instead of having dinner in the hotel), he literally rolled his eyes at us and appeared extremely impatient. He was supposed to lead us to the room but he left us in front of the lift by ourselves (did not press button for us) and walked slowly upstairs himself. Not sure whether such kind of service quality worths ***. Other than that, everything was wonderful, other staff, the room, the view, the facility and the breakfast :)

Great place to chill and relax, remote but have all th essentials to enjoy

신혼여행으로 방문한 빌라디피아짜노 진심 스몰 럭셔리 호텔입니다! 여긴 무조건 강추! 신혼여행 중 가장 행복했고 편안하고 좋았던 순간이에요 다시 토스카나로 놀러가면 여긴 무조건 재방문할 호텔입니다. 여기 투숙 후에 다른 아그리투리스모에 방문을 하였는데 비교 불가입니다. 여기 강력추천입니다. 진짜 수영장에서 여유롭게 책 읽는 외국인들을 볼 수 있어요ㅋ 저만 신나게 수영했어요~ 여긴 여유만 있으면 며칠 투숙 하고 싶은 곳이였어요!

Looking for an amazing property right in the middle of Tuscany; there you go! Nice property and friendly staff. Restaurant is mainly expensive/ fine dining. Would have appreciated better value for money dishes.

To whomever is consider this property - Carolina, John Marco, and the staff at the villa are the sweetest people. The bar staff, the restaurant manager all so accommodating. The location is serine. The beauty of Tuscany is truly experienced when staying at this marvel. Highly recommended.
