A good place to stay near the Statue of Unity. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with good facilities including a gym, swimming pool, and various recreational activities. The food is also good overall, although the quality of some dishes was not consistent during our three-day stay. The bus stop is very close to the property, and the hotel also provides a convenient drop-off facility. The staff are friendly, courteous, and supportive throughout the stay. One thing to note is that you should not expect a view of the Statue of Unity from the bedroom window. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with good amenities and helpful staff.

The property itself was good, and overall the hotel was decent. The food arrangements were also satisfactory. However, for a brand like Vivanta, I honestly expected a much higher level of hospitality and attention to detail. What disappointed me most was the way some situations were handled. We had informed the receptionist that our train was delayed and that we would be arriving late at the property. Instead of reassuring us—especially since our meal was already pre-booked—we were simply told to check with the restaurant. A simple response like, *“No worries, ma’am. We’ll make sure you and your family get your meal,”* would have made a huge difference. It is these small gestures that define hospitality. We had actually chosen the property to celebrate our little one’s birthday, which made the experience even more disappointing. I personally asked the chef whether a gluten-free cake could be arranged. The response itself was surprising, as there seemed to be uncertainty about whether this was even an option. For a reputed brand like Vivanta, I would expect the team to be familiar with common dietary preferences and requests such as gluten-free food. When I was told that a gluten-free cake could not be arranged, I was completely fine with it and simply requested them to prepare whatever best they could, as it was supposed to be a surprise for our child. Unfortunately, the next day, even the restaurant attendant was unaware of the order, and at the last minute, a very basic cake was simply handed over. I was honestly disappointed to the core. What made it worse was that I didn't even feel like complaining at the time because, based on the experience so far, I wasn't confident that raising the concern would actually change anything. The property itself is good, and the food was decent, but **the service and attention to detail did not feel worthy of the Vivanta brand**. When guests choose a property like Vivanta, especially for a special family occasion, they expect more than just a decent stay—they expect warmth, attentiveness, and a genuine effort to make the occasion memorable. Unfortunately, that was missing for us.

Their reservation was made back in June, and what stood out from the very beginning was your personal involvement and consistent communication right through to the stay itself. That kind of attention over such a long lead time truly speaks to your commitment. A few moments that made the experience truly memorable: • **Early check-in & room readiness:** Knowing their train arrived at 7:30 a.m. — well before the standard check-in time — you ensured the rooms were ready and waiting. That thoughtfulness made all the difference. • **Personalised welcome:** The room decorated with family photographs was a beautiful, heartwarming touch that set the tone for the entire stay. • **Adjoining rooms for the family:** Ensuring the two rooms were adjoining for Mr. Parekh, his wife, and their two children was a small but significant gesture that added so much comfort and convenience. • **Room upgrades:** The upgrade to Executive rooms was generous and very much appreciated — spacious, elegant, and perfectly suited for the family. • **Dining experience:** The breakfast and dinner package exceeded expectations. The quality and variety of the spread delighted the entire family, including the children. • **The pool:** On their very first morning, the family had the beautiful pool entirely to themselves — a moment they described as truly joyful and one they will not forget. We stayed for 2 nights between Thursday and Saturday at Vivanta Ekta nagar . The location of the hotel is very central. Rooms a little small for 3 but are very well done. The hotel staff is very courteous and prompt. The breakfast spread and the dinner Buffet was also very large and tasty. Overall it was a great stay and would love to visit again. Could not use the swimming pool and other facilities due to time crunch .
