The Legacy Hotel

We loved the hotel. The staffs are very friendly, courteous, and reliable. It's very clean, and nice balconies, nice & very, spacious living room, the food breakfast is well prepared and walking distance to many places. We'll stay there again in the future.

Pros: 1. IT IS VERY CHEAP TO STAY HERE!!!! And value for money is a great consideration in looking for hotels 2. There is free packed breakfast (we do not mind the limited choice because serving is really enough). Plus they serve Indonesian coffee with cocoa 3. The room is clean, including the en suite T&B! With toiletries, hot shower, bidet, good ventilation in CR as well. No foul odor, no molds 4. THEIR TV IS WORKING. AGAIN, VERY RARE TO FIND A HOTEL THIS CHEAP WITH A 40-in Samsung flatscreen SMART TV that is working nicely 5. The AC is working really well and is not noisy (I guess the hotel is relatively new because the facilities seem new as well) 6. Personnel are very attentive, most especially the reception at night (Justin). We arrived at around 10pm and he assisted us immediately 7. There is a swimming pool in the hotel (and it is decent as well, same as the one shown in the photos in their Agoda listing) 8. Hotel is located at the center of Tayabas city where it is near the cathedral, a supermarket, Calle Budin, Rodilla’s Yema Cake, Primark grocery and many other establishments. 9. They have an ongoing promo!!!! Guests who stay here get either a free manicure or a free haircut because they also own the salon beside the hotel. 10. Hotel is generally clean. Even the lounge area and dining are pleasant. 11. Comfortable bed and pillows (I just hope they can provide thicker blanket next time) Cons: Only one item which is the availability of parking space. Their parking area can only accommodate 2 cars and you might need to park at the street (at your own risk). Though parking space (side-street parking) is in front of their salon. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

Location: Hotel is easy to find, you can drop off in front of BDO and you'll immediately see the building. It is also near many establishments, including church, restaurant, banks, and public market. Cleanliness: All areas are spotless. Common areas and the room smells good. The building also has a lot of natural light which I love. In the morning, just raise the blinds and you won't have to turn on the lights. You can take a lot of photos in many spots. Service: Owner and staff are accommodating. We availed the free breakfast and it was delivered to our room. There is also free coffee and a dispenser in every floor. We also requested in Agoda our preferred room and they granted our request. They are also responsive in their facebook page. Facilities: Pool is easily accessible and no additional fee for using it. There is also a long table at the lobby so eating there is perfect if you are a group of more than four people. If going outside and will be coming back late, just ring the door bell and the staff on duty will open the gates. Shower also has heater. Aircon is not noisy and makes the room cold easily. Maybe next time, kindy provide thicker blankets hehe. Netflix is also installed on the TV. Wifi connection is fast. Keep up the good service. I highly recommend this place if you'l be in Tayabas.

The place is perfect when it comes to location like market and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well. Will definitely stay here again when I come to visit the province.
