Los animadores y los de recepción excelentes ,los del bar tratan a uno en las noches como si uno les pide como si no se es cliente ,espero mejoren el traro

I went there it was really nice and exited with my family can't wait to get back , if you haven't go there yet just make sure you do that best place to be .

Menu was great, really varied and delicious!! Personnel was beyond kindness and attentive!

Requests were submitted prior to arrival but none were fulfilled Unit smells horrible Phone doesn't work in unit Checked in with only 2 small/medium bath towels Loud noise all night coming from people on the beach l- hard to sleep Musty scent from AC- reported to the reception yet no one never came Lovely cat at the restaurant- but I am terrified of cats- lost my appetite Worst hotel I've ever visited!

my room was a bit antiquated, i got the impression that it was probably in one of the older buildings that comprise the total property. Nonetheless, it was clean and spacious so i adjusted to it. Every other aspect of the property was great. The pools were clean and accessible. The beach is lovely and was in the backyard of the hotel so easy access. The food and drinks were appealing and delicious. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would book it again.
