Once you get used to communicating by text, and using codes for doors, It's a breeze. They change the codes too and let everyone know ahead of time too. The rooms are very clean and smell good. The view of the river and tree covered mountain are spectacular if you get a room facing the back This is a pet-free property. Aldi's is right next store, there's a drug store across the street, a laundromat down the street, fast food restaurants, and Hickories Park less than a half-mile down the road. It's right off the highway and easy access back on again. Drive through the charming town of Owego before leaving!

Been here for few months and I enjoy the people, location and restaurants around me.

My biggest complaint is the fact you cannot leave your room unattended in fears when you return to your room your belongings wont still be there people breaking into rooms stealing personal property from other guests and noone to report it to if need be because it is all AI. I dont believe that the cameras work on the premises so calling the police will likely do nothing for.you or your stuff that disappeared when you left your room. The carpet smelled of urine otherwise it would be a decent place to stay if your strapped of funds. Cheap likely brings a certain group of guests which ruins it for everyone else.
