The place is clean and easily accessible. Beach is a few minutes walk. Place is quiet, if you want a laid back, slow paces vacation this is great. Kitchen has complete set of all basic needs. Bathroom is really clean and spacious. They also have griller outside and camping chairs you can use at the beach area. Owner is really nice and accomodating.

Highly, highly recommended! This beach house absolutely exceeded expectations. The space alone is a standout with its generously sized room, a huge bathroom that’s even PWD-friendly, and a fully equipped kitchen that makes longer stays effortless. Every detail feels intentional, from the layout to the reliable, fast Wi-Fi. There are also a pair of beach/camping chairs available per room which you can bring to the beach. Location-wise, it’s the best of both worlds. You’re just a few steps from the beach, yet tucked far enough from other resorts to enjoy true peace and quiet with no late-night videoke interruptions here. Everything you need is also conveniently close, with the market nearby and a beachside food park offering plenty of great dining options. The host is super accommodating, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful—they kept us well-informed throughout our stay, even giving timely updates during the Balikatan exercises when beach access had temporary restrictions. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-designed, and hassle-free beach escape, this place delivers on all fronts.

Place is modern, functional, clean, and maintained well. Excellent help and service also from miss Eve. Beach is near and clean. Happy also with the outside wash area to clean off the sand after a swim, outside space with seating and table, smart TV, spacious toilet w/ shower (good water pressure), and complete kitchenette. Definitely recommended and will come back :)

The caretaker was extremely accommodating: food recommendations, road updates since we were there during iron man event to anything else a first timer like us would need. Facilities was top notch: very clean, bathroom was very spacious, towels, toiletries plus a kitchen at the back. You just need to bring the ingredients to use when you cook! Can't wait to go back!

My family liked our stay here. Good for small family and with young children.
