Enteveedu Homestay

I stayed with at Enteveedu for three nights in early March and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The owner (Seetha) made me feel incredibly welcome and I had a large room, with dressing area and good bathroom. Nearby was the most delightful veranda which overlooked the gardens and the paddy fields, and I spent many an hour seated in the shade, reading a book and watching the world go by. It is an incredibly peaceful place to be and there are lots of places to relax in and around the building (comfy sofas, a hammock etc). Seetha was a wonderful host and made me feel so very welcome. I asked to stay 'full board' - such a great decision as the food was so varied and incredibly tasty - each mealtime was a joy. Seetha's husband took me on a walk around the area, where he showed me the coffee plantation and a plethora of fruits and spices that were growing nearby. Seetha is able to arrange hiking trips and a tour to local villages if this is something you are interested in. She also very kindly arranged my onward travel to the Kerala coast. All in all a wonderful place to stay for a few days.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful homestay near Wayanad! ❤️ The house is completely surrounded by nature and the view from the property is simply breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to relax, disconnect from the busy routine and enjoy the beauty of Kerala. A special mention to Seetha Chechi, the owner, who makes you feel as if you’ve just arrived at your own grandma’s house. Her warmth, care, and hospitality made our stay truly special. ❤️ The cleanliness and maintenance are perfect and everything was well taken care of. And the highlight of our stay was definitely the food! 😍 Amazing authentic Kerala food, freshly prepared with so much love. They also prepared the food according to our preferences and everything tasted absolutely superb. Overall, this place felt less like a homestay and more like a home away from home. If you’re looking for nature, peace, homely hospitality, cleanliness, and delicious food near Wayanad, I would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and very well maintained. The hospitality was excellent, and the hosts were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and we felt completely at home throughout our visit. It was a perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family and friends
