All good except for the swimming pool a bit out of expectations. Other than that, it’s a super nice hotel. Staff is friendly, room is clean, bed is da most comfortable ever 🙂

I booked for a short one night stay. Pretty decent overall. Spacious, new and clean. The only down part was greeted by a rather unfriendly female staff at the counter, don't think she's a Malaysian but cant rmbr her name exactly. I made several bookings and came earlier to do check in and payment for them. I printed all the bookings out and before even clarifying properly she just said my bookings werent valid. I was handling a group booking and was pretty stressful and being a 5 star hotel staff at the checkin counter I would expect one demonstrates a more helpful and professional assistance towards guest. It was only when I told her I would like to make payment in full then she started to be friendly towards me. It's been about 3months and I still rmbr vividly how I was being treated there and then. But I must say all the other staff are friendly and the whole interior setting was spotless and comfortable.

Hotel so far soso only and aircond having problem in mid night eventhrough technician have check at night time.

Great for the price you pay. Connected to mall so you can get anything you need easily.

Good thing about this hotel is the room is clean and they do cleaning every day. Bed sheet also clean cause every time I will feel itchy when I slept at hotel but this hotel bed sheet does not. I think they use good quality bedsheet Bad things about this hotel. The room soundproofing is bad. U can hear clearly when people open and close the door and even when people is talking next door. The front desk receptionist should train well as they really take long time in check in and check out .
