Sunshine Residence Suites

Pros-clean, spacious, free dedicated car park lot, kitchenette with microwave oven, induction cooker, cutleries for two, air con very cold, fans in room and kitchenette, four pillows, shampoo, shower gel, strong WiFi, connects to the big mall on the 5th level where there is a food court. Cons-Bed and pillows too hard for me, no housekeeping (but ok since we stayed for two nights only), no tooth brush, toothpaste , slippers, bath towels were worn.

good location, stay on the shopping mall which is very convenient, if u dont plan to hunt food outside can just grab food on lvl 5 food court or cook ur self in the apartment as in basement there is a hypermarket with lots of fresh ingredient.

Travel to George town with my parents (mom hardly walked need to on wheelchair sometime), this apartment is nicely located just above Sunshine Shopping mall which is quite convenient for food and necessity. House is clean, just like brand new home complete with all we need. However the windows facing to the rooftop of the shopping mall which is made by aluminium, thus the sun reflection is very strong till we need to close the curtain during day time. Secodnly there is only 1 bathroom so that we need to queue to use the toilet. It is very inconvenient for us as we have 4 of us. This is the only two things that we are unsatisfied about this apartment otherwise it will be perfect. Personally love the sofa and the deco of the house. Thank you.

Our experience was disappointing due to a misunderstanding regarding the swimming pool attire policy. The receptionist attempted to deduct the RM200 security deposit because of an issue related to swimwear. Even if there was really a non-compliance with the swimwear requirement, the hotel’s guidelines and house rules did not state that any monetary penalty or deduction from the security deposit would be imposed for this. A security deposit should generally be used to cover damages to the property or other clearly stated charges, not for rules where no financial penalty has been communicated in advance.

Menginap di sini sangat menyenangkan karena lokasinya praktis, dekat sekali dengan food court dan hypermarket. Fasilitas kolam renangnya juara dengan pemandangan bukit yang indah—anak-anak dan keluarga pasti suka. Dekat dengan penang hill, namun agak jauh dari pusat kota Georgetown, tapi kelengkapan fasilitas di sekitar akomodasi sangat menutupi hal tersebut. Cocok untuk liburan keluarga!
