I am writing to formally complain about a serious issue with my recent booking. I made an online reservation through Agoda when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that all rooms were sold out and that my confirmed booking could not be honored. This situation caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption to my plans, especially since I relied on Agoda’s confirmation. After i called the customer care they are not respond properly, Very worst customer care. they are not refund my money also.

Dear Agoda Customer Support Team, I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my booking with Agoda (Booking ID: 1976066873), made on 23 January. I reached the property late at night with my family, only to be informed by the receptionist that they could not find any booking under my name, Vivek D Sainani. Despite showing my booking confirmation, the property staff refused check-in, stating that no such reservation existed in their system. As a result, my family and I were left waiting outside the property late at night, which caused significant inconvenience, stress, and embarrassment. Due to this issue, I did not stay at or use the property at all. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially when traveling with family at such a late hour. I expect better coordination between Agoda and its partner properties. I kindly request a full refund for this booking and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter. Thank you.
