We needed a place to stay and we got that. It has everything but would only rate it 3 stars. Breakfast has alot of options but everything tastes quite bland, the pool is lovely but theres only a few sunbeds and most of them are in the shade and the bigger ones you have to pay for which never have anybody on them so they should take away and put more normal sunbeds. Decor and room is ok, bathroom needs updating. Staff are nice and location is great.

Great location
Super close to DC-10 and Ushuaïa, would recommend for a short stay full of parties. A nice pool, rooms are small but nice.

They need to relook at their staff cuz they don't have a lift but they also don't have anyone willing to help you carry your bag up and down their stairs which is totally unheard of. The male staff literally stared me in the eye while i dragged my bag down 3 flights if stairs. Also ordered vegetarian bfast to go and got sandwich with meat. Rooms were not cleaned during stay. The towels were replaced but the lady didnt even check that the soap in the dispenser was finished and needed refilling. No ways to contact reception from the room. Breakfast was nice. Room was a nice size for 2 people. Didnt feel cramped. Balcony overlooking pool. Very very very very noisy from the street. AC kept switching on everytime we switched it off. Was freezing

best stay for the price in Ibiza
It really doesnt get better than this- clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff.. great breakfast and clean and good pool.. reasonably priced drinks at the bar!!

Excellent hotel
Would normally stay in the migjourn hotel, but me and my friend decided to stay here for the excellent reviews. Well we wasn't disappointed in fact I would say it was probably on par with migjourn. Linda and Bianca on reception were so welcoming and helped where possible, even though we were in party mode, they are a credit to the hotel. Also Rylon at the bar, very polite and chatty to myself and friend. I am thinking of coming back to Ibiza and would definitely stay here again. Only problem we had was the shower leaked over the bathroom floor which was annoying. Very central for where you need to be, definitely a thumbs up from me.
