The atmosphere is fantastic and very relaxing. Although the diving is done from the shore, there is an abundance of rare macro marine life. Sean, the dive master, was excellent. I recommend to stay in the new building that doesn't have balconies; I switched to a room with a balcony, and while the cleaning was thorough, there were lots of ants, termite droppings, and the shower area was showing its age. It was the first time I’ve ever been asked for a 1,500-peso deposit at check-in; it wasn't refunded at check-out, and no receipt was issued at the time of payment. I plan to have a local friend collect the 1,500 pesos later. The diving was a perfect 10/10, and most of the staff were outstanding—truly top-notch.

Overall experienced was incredible. For improvements suggest to vacant tennis/pickleball/badminton area and for the gym/billiard area also suggest to limit it until 10pm so guest can play and used anytime all the amenities. on the third floor area i hope you can find way how to deal with noisy while playing that it cant be heard on the rooms.

Limited food options and small serving. Buffet breakfast was good. The noise in the activity area can be heard in the 2nd floor esp if the billiard balls fell off. The area was clean and the rooms were amazing!

The resort facilities is good, nice. But the customer service of their "maam" or mybe it was the girl manager was really not good. She is in the front desk or restaurant, and she's basically the face of the resort. The moment you stepped in and talk to the front desk define your whole stay so you will feel right away the environment the resort offers and thats something that we ecounter and didn't like much because of her approach her customer service to us. Anyways the other staffs have really nice customer service though except her. She really needs improvement, maybe she needs to be at the back end only just supervising. They don't have free water in the room also and limited parking space. But the beach is really nice and their common space as well.

The previous reviews were not lying when it said that this place is a hidden gem and too good for its price. The place had a really relaxing ambiance and was very clean. Food was delicious and price was reasonable. Staff was kind but there were several instances when no one was at the reception area and we still had to look for them. We would have also appreciated room service for water refill and a fridge in the room. However, there was water naman at the restaurant and pitcher was provided for us to refill every now and then. All in all, it was a good experience. We would certainly love to come back if we have the time again.🤗
