Urusel hotel

I contacted the accommodation as I hadn’t received a confirmation. I wanted to make sure a room had been booked for me, and a member of staff told me I would receive confirmation that same day before my arrival. I haven’t received it, so I had to get in touch to get the confirmation – even though the staff had said I’d receive it before I arrived. When I arrived on the first day, the room hadn’t even been cleaned for the next guest yet. The place was nice and peaceful, and well suited to those travelling by car.
