Short stay
Stay is great, room has a lot of space. The things in the room is just old, and the smell of the room is like the smell in parlor which is not appealing. Smell like strong chemical or chemicals you use in one's hair. I just stayed due to the need to rest as it was already late night. Hoping smell of room can be fresh. Staff is kind though.

Needs Improvement
Me and my boyfriend spent New Year’s here only because his house was full, but to be fair we got what we paid for. If you want to pay for a short stay at a low cost, maybe this place is for you. It was given to us at a reasonable price, but we wouldn’t mind spending more if the room was better. As soon as we arrived in the room there were a couple of cockroaches. Some in the bathroom, some in main room, even one on the bed! There was also an egg casing on the wall… It was quite troublesome to sleep with the thought of something crawling on you. In all honesty, the bedroom looks nothing like the photos shown in the listing, it was completely different — seemed like a downgrade. The sofa and dining cushions had stains all over as well. There was no basic toiletries provided. No soap, no tissue, no shampoo + conditioner, no toothbrush + toothpaste, and no towels in the room. You have to personally ask the front desk/staff for towels. Good thing there was a nearby Sari-Sari store where we bought the rest. Our room had a broken faucet with a clogged sink, but at least the bathroom provided a shower heater, and the water was clean. The staff were nice and accommodating in our experience.
