Terrible service
I booked with the wrong date bu mistake and as soon as I realised my mistake, I tried to contact Agoda and the hotel to change the date. Both parties said it was down to the other to allow change and both didn’t sort it. I tried but failed so lost my money. Appalling service but he of them. Won’t use either and suggest you be aware of such poor service.
