ARK 레이크 리조트

Ark Resort features brilliant architecture, beautiful junior suites, and a private balcony offering stunning views of the lake. The staff is highly commendable and the service is top-notch. However, the experience was completely ruined by pathetic food.We read older negative reviews from a few months back but took a chance after seeing a few recent positive ones. Unfortunately, the food quality is awful. It was either overly oily and spicy or completely bland and tasteless. A remote location property really needs good food to make a holiday perfect, and unfortunately, the kitchen completely failed here.

The staff at the reception were shouting all the time.food taste was aweful .whenever we placed orders for food the waiter would say sir this item would take time & most of the items in the menu were unavailable .when i asked them i want to meet the chef they made some random guy wear the chef cap & he came in front of me when i asked him about chefs speaciality he was blank .this is quite absurd that a chef is unaware about is own specialty food.stay was good location was excellent.we didn’t have a choice to go to some other location for food as this property itself is a task to reach .

Beautiful property with fantastic service

Excellent property and friendly staff. Only drawback is that local transport or Uber/Ola not available.
