Property is new. Everything feels new as well. Appreciate how helpful they were when we needed some OTC medicine and when we needed a dishwashing liquid for our baby’s bottles. Our 9 month old threw up on the sheets and they were more than accommodating when cleaning it up. I loved how they do not just tolerate kids but really embrace them.

We stayed here for our anniversary and overall, we still had a good and memorable stay. The hotel is on the expensive side, but our room was really spacious, especially the bed. It was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was also one of the highlights for us; it was spacious, clean, and really nice. I usually loved their breakfast buffet, although unfortunately, our breakfast wasn't the best and there were already limited food options. We were lucky to get our room on sale, so I would definitely recommend checking Agoda for deals before booking directly. They also require a ₱1,000 security deposit upon check-in, which is something to keep in mind when budgeting for your stay. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The biggest one was the check-in process. We waited for almost an hour in the front lobby and had to keep following up. We were told that our room wasn't ready even after waiting for quite some time, and it seemed that the room only needed to be cleaned when we arrived. The front lobby staff could definitely have been more accommodating during the wait. On the other hand, the other staff members were helpful and accommodating whenever we needed assistance, and we really appreciated that they approved our late check-out the next morning. Another issue was that the door in our room was broken, and we had to repeatedly ask for assistance with it. It was inconvenient having to call for help several times just to deal with the door. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here. The large and comfortable room, spacious bed, beautiful pool, and free breakfast buffet were some of the highlights of our stay. Hopefully, the hotel can improve the check-in process and make sure everything in the rooms is properly checked and working before guests arrive. Overall, we had a nice and memorable anniversary stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The resort is good, but some of the staff don't listen or check bookings. The bag boy is good and super helpful, sorry I forgot to give a tip. The reception gave us a room that was not what we booked. It was a twin bed with no sea view and no TV. We booked a premier queen room with a sea view, so we had to complain to get what we booked and paid for. At breakfast I asked for a cappuccino with no cinnamon. Cappuccino is not meant to have cinnamon but that's what I got, even after emphasising, no cinnamon. Then we asked for 3 omelettes but only got 2. When we arrived we had lunch, I asked for a steak. Half an hour later they ask me if I want medium rare or medium well done, I said just medium. The lunch took over an hour to arrive.

We booked a pet-friendly deluxe room for one night, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I went to the lobby with my pet and briefly placed my pet on a chair, only to be immediately told by the staff that pets were not allowed on the furniture. While I understand hotel policies, this felt inconsistent with the hotel's strong pet-friendly marketing. The room itself was quite small, with no slippers provided. The drinking water was not bottled and was not served cold, which was unexpected for the room rate. The biggest issue was the hotel's pet policy. During booking, the hotel advertises that pets are allowed, but upon check-in we were informed that pets are not permitted inside the room unless an additional pet fee of ₱2,500 is paid. This important information should be clearly disclosed during the booking process to avoid misleading guests. We also tried the dinner buffet, which was relatively expensive considering the limited food selection. The complimentary breakfast buffet was similarly underwhelming, with few choices available. Another major disappointment was the airport shuttle service. We were informed that complimentary airport transportation was available. However, only two hours before our scheduled departure, we were told that the shuttle was unavailable. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially for travelers relying on the service. Overall, the hotel's advertised amenities and policies did not match our actual experience. Greater transparency regarding pet fees and more reliable guest services would significantly improve the guest experience.

Great experience for a family. Very large room with top of the line furniture. The staff is purely exceptional. No expenses were spared to make the facilities the best I have seen in the area. Pools are in top condition. Saturday night show is outstanding. Highly recommend. Will be back.
