so cool in the night when raining and there is a lightning you see the woods... can swim... but the water in bathtube are dirty and cold I guess from the river. breakfast not wow. but this place isn't cheap but very cool for 1 time adventure. if you have a car you get ride on elephant and national park can swim there.

Good Location and room view although the river water is dirty, rooms have spider web, not cleaned, torn towels, A/c remote doesn't work and we booked 2 nights for my birthday 1st night we were told there will be no dinner and we can find our way to 7/11, next morning breakfast was supposed to be American but served thai soup with rice and mini egg fry with some sausage and a slice of salami looked like was cooked and kept in fridge last night and just made warm to serve. Coffee machine set up not to the cups they provide so I needed to get 2 cups for 1 latte and then blend myself. While it came with ants in my cup. we were out for excursion after the awful breakfast and when we returned our room was not cleaned they just left 2 extra towels and water on the door so I believe if you stay you clean? We tried in the evening to get the coffee from the famous Roastery they have with massive coffee machines and set up where they promote to teach people and give barista courses and then the manager comes laughing saying that sorry go to 7/11 as we don't have power to make coffee! Really ? We try to ignore all and celebrate my last evening in the resort and then we have 10-15 local people at 10 pm in the night shouting and screaming and running the whole water bridge which completely moves and shakes the floating rooms we are staying without considering that there are other guests who is trying to sleep. When we try to call the contact number from the reception it is not reachable. This is the worst experience for a place like that. Ruined my sleep and paid for a worse experience, Never will recommend anyone to come here. Please go to other places and dont spoil your getaway.

Nous n'avons pas pris une chambre en bord de rivière ce qui aurait peut-être été mieux. Dans la chambre petit pavillon il y avait manifestement beaucoup d'humidité et donc une odeur désagréable. Le jardin magnifique est entretenu mais la piscine ne l'est guère, dommage. Petit déjeuner correct

The mountain views and natural surroundings create a calm, relaxing atmosphere, which is exactly what we were hoping for. The room was comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent — the food was delicious and the view from the dining area made the experience even better. That said, there are several areas where improvements would greatly enhance the guest experience. The property would benefit from more consistent maintenance, and the front desk staff could be more welcoming and courteous. A warm greeting and friendly attitude would make a noticeable difference. The riverboat ride felt somewhat out of place for such a serene setting. Instead of loud, club-style music, a quieter and more relaxing experience would better match the peaceful environment and allow guests to truly enjoy the scenery and mountain views. A calm, scenic ride lasting about an hour to an hour and a half would be much more fitting. Additionally, the riverbank area where the boat departs appeared trashy and unkempt, which detracts from the natural beauty of the surroundings. Keeping this area clean and well maintained would create a much better first impression. Cleanliness and upkeep of shared spaces also need more attention. We noticed trash in the lobby pool area under the bridge walkway that should have been picked up, especially during slower times. The outdoor pool appeared oily and had several bugs in the water, making it uncomfortable to use. Regular cleaning and maintenance of these amenities are essential so guests can fully enjoy them. It would also be helpful if the rooms offered streaming services such as Netflix on the televisions. This has become a standard, universal option for many global travelers and would be a simple upgrade that adds convenience and comfort. With better attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and guest service, this resort has great potential to truly match the beauty of its surroundings.

객실로 연결되어있는 강가가 너무 아름다웠어요. 만약 벌레나 도마뱀이 무서운 사람이라면 마냥 추천하지는 못하겠어요. 그러나 뷰, 서비스, 이용시설은 좋았습니다. 만족한 여행입니다.
