Newly built resort, so lot of improvements and works are required. View and location wise it is super good. Avoid summer stays if coming from long distances, local and nearby people can visit anytime. Overall good experience

I recently stayed at Rio Vista Resorts in Razole for a night with my kids. The location is peaceful and tucked away in a quiet village in Andhra Pradesh. I’ve previously stayed at resorts in Dindi like Palavelli and RVR, and in comparison, Rio Vista feels quite basic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable in terms of size, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness was a concern. The bed sheets, blankets, and towels did not feel fresh. Luckily, we had carried our own blankets, as we’ve had similar experiences before. One important point to note is that there’s no proper kitchen on the property. We weren’t sure where the food would be sourced from, so we chose to have our meals outside. There isn’t much to explore within the property itself apart from the rooms. That said, the real highlight of this place is the balcony view. It’s truly mesmerizing. You get a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the vast Godavari river, with birds flying by, fish visible in the water, and fishing boats—both motor and canoe—moving gently across the stream. The natural beauty is absolutely serene and unforgettable. With a few thoughtful improvements, this place could really stand out. A small swimming pool, a simple play area for kids, or even a cozy in-house restaurant would add so much charm and elevate the overall experience. Overall, it’s a property with incredible natural views and strong potential—but it needs better maintenance and a few added amenities to truly shine.

Rooms was good, location and sun rises and sunset river view excellent

Location is excellent and I really enjoyed the stay.. cost wise it is reasonable compared to near by Sterling Pallavalli and RvR Sarovar and other resorts nearby.. At the moment food is not available in resort but it will be provided by staff on request.. Konaseema region food is excellent.. so we ordered the food from outside with the staff.. SUDHEER is the staff who have given very good hospitality and given complimentary stuff. I highly recommend this resort. Please visit the place during winter times as you can enjoy the foggy view of Godavari river from your rooms.. It’s a new resort still some facilities are under constructions.. Please bring badminton to play in a peaceful place. Well suitable for couples, events, parties etc., Love you RIO.. we will visit again.. I personally rate this resort as 4.5/5.

Its a good one for families, nice location for refreshment and its a middle of all locations like pancharama kshetrams
