Stay for the night just to rest and wanted to swim a little but wasn't able to, we arrived at around 5:45pm and went to our room to rest coz we are very tired, we're from QC and went to L. U for work. So we settle our things and lie down in bed before deciding to take a bath, then we saw the batheoom is not clean, there's a lot of hair on the floor, left shampoo sachet and soap, as you can see in the photo. While fixing my thigs I step on a screw that was on the carpet and found 2 of it as you also see in the photo, then we went out at 8pm to eat and found no lne outside, no staff and no light, all the gate is close, we are shock and irritated at the same time coz we are tired and hungry plus we wanted to swim but the resort seems to forgot that they have guest that night and decided to close it without informing us of the schedule or if we wanted to swim etc. Message the number in agoda to receive a reply in the morning so all in all I will not recommend the place, if only we have other place to stay that night we would leave immediately. Worst stay ever.
