Townhouse Govardhan

This stay is going to be my worst experience of mathura visit there was no one on reception to welcome there was uncouth guy who's no manner we reached there at 2pm he was sleeping he gave me room key we ourselves go up and find the room in room AC was already on at 16 and there was no remote tv remote has only one cell there was wifi connection i went to the guy downstairs cuz room telecom has no wire he was still sleeping and he didn't answer Said tv doesn't work ac band kar do and didn't tell me the password says it's out of balance and matter of surprise he didn't take any register entry of mine I did that my self next morning he kept saying his boss will come to answer me about facility but noone came don't know would he ever come

Well to say it's a very nice hotel in this budget I mean 1200 bugs for a room on 31 dec and that too in goverdhan amazing . Out of expectation clean room clean bathrooms and sheets just a bit that there was a bit parking issue as the hotel has only 3 car parking slot so that's a concern otherwise a wonderfull stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel was good and the staff was courteous.

Room service came fast with hot food. The staff was polite and the meal was really good.

Our perfect stay cleansed our hearts. Our purifying love washes away past hurts and negative feelings.
