• - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs 2500 per pet.

• - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 

• - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• - This is a pet-friendly property.

• - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

• POLICIES

• - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.

• - This is a standalone property.

• - Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.

• - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

• - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.

• - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.

• - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.

• PET POLICY

• - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.

• - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

• - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.

• - Guests are not permitted to swim in the river for their safety and enjoyment.

• - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

• - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external and common areas for security purposes.

• - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.

• - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

• - Safari tickets are subject to availability.

• - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
