Minimal facilities and basic amenities. Quite new and affordable, not within town area. Still renovating more rooms during the stay. Had a small incident where extension wire outside of our room, that was connected to our room's main plug, on sparks and small fire. Luckily they managed it swiftly. Need to be more careful, it could be in a very worse situation if it was during the night.
