I have never visited this hotel. Please ignore my ratings above as i am.unable to write this review without selecying the ratings of the hotel. My issue is with the agoda reservation for this hotel. My payment through net banking was successful but it never directed back to agoda for confirmation. I have never recieved confirmation for this booking, hence had to book another hotel through a different service provider. I got charges twice ( two Reservations) as the site was continuously failing the payment processing. I payed two payments for the same room and never checked-in as agoda sent me emails that my booking can not be confirmed. Below is the email.. for both payments i made, i got the same message saying my reservation us not confirmed. The two payments were never refunded. Agoda email below..
