It was a Pleasant stay overall The location is good 15 mins by car to main area of north square mall and o mall The beach is clean and view is stunning however they need to improve the beach facilities Music DJ toilets etc Staff are good and I would like to thank Mrs sarah and remonda especially As we had an occasion and they have arranged complimentary cake They also upgraded our room to suite Suite is spacious with great interior design Mrs remonda offered complimentary dinner Breakfast is good and dinner but try to avoid weekend or public holiday as level of service during holidays and weekend are not up to the mark Pool is Hugh and clean Again thanks remonda and sarah for taking care of us

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, lacking simplest rules of ethics or ABC of hospitality business. Simply picked from the road. Servicemen use same lift with guests so expect to move with toilet rolls next to you. Security boast around as if they are the guests and we are peripherals. Don’t think of raising any complaints simply none will be resolved. Saeed the Manager is never around and if finally caught on phone he will come back with silly solutions, unworthy of consideration. Let alone the stupidly ugly staff uniform. Painful experience. Not recommended even to your enemies.

We booked a chalet for 5 adults and 2 children aged 2–5. The chalet was perfect in size, very clean, and ideal for our group. It has a lovely sandy beach with beautiful, clear water. The only downside— is the amount of plastic and water bottles floating in the sea. It was genuinely disappointing and, at times, felt like we were swimming in a sea full of plastic waste. Apart from this, everything else was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully, the beach and sea cleanliness will be addressed, as the place has so much potential.
