Salut Hotel

This hotel ruined my stay in Bishkek. I reserved a 3night stay on a standard single room from Aug 30-Sept2. I left a note on the booking that I will arrive in the early morning hours of Aug31 because my flight from Tashkent arrives at 11:30pm. Upon arriving at the hotel, they told me that they don’t have available standard room and they gave my reservation to other peope. The receptionist told me that my reservation is Aug 30 and it is now Aug 31. Like is that? Reservations are from Aug30 2pm checkin and checkout is about 10-11 the next morning. I was forced to stay at the dormitory bunk beds on the lower floor as I didn’t have a choice as it was past 2am and all of hotels in Bishkek are fully booked because of the World Nomad Games I assumed. I don’t recommend this hotel. It is even very far from the tourist attractions. It is behind a train tracks that woke me up on the early mornings. Common toilets and shower were rarely cleaned and there was a time that no toilet paper available. They also don’t provide shampoo and body wash so you have to bring your own. Lastly, You are also given the task to put on the change of sheets of the pillow and the beddings. You have to do it yourself.
