We gave our passports and all the booking details for the staff. She didnt find our booking thoroughly, and said she didnt receive any booking at all. We told her we already paid in the platform, and she said she couldnt find the booking and didnt receive any payment. She was lazy to find our booking and asking us to pay again at their hotel. She was kept saying there was no our hotel booking, even though we had already shown her all the details. There were only nine rooms in the hotel. You can imagine how lazy and how sloppy she was. She was not willing to search for our booking and kept asking us to pay again. It was s a total scam. The air conditioner in the room is not strong enough. Even though we turned on the air conditioner to 16 degree, we still feel really hot in the room. There is no air conditioning in the lobby as well.

A great stay
I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless, and I had an excellent sleep. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the food was delicious and definitely made up for it. The hotel staff were also very friendly and polite. Highly recommended!

Stayed for a night only but it was lovely. Very clean. Simple breakfast but it was good. One of the comfiest bed and softest bedsheet.

After staying in the past which I had a good experience, so I booked again this time. Upon arriving after a 24 hour flight, first they cannot find my booking. The whole hotel only has 9 rooms, and there were 2 outstanding bookings, yet they cannot find the booking I made with Agoda. When I told them I have already paid thru Agoda, the receptionist said that I had been scammed (by Agoda ?). After some frantic texting with Agoda (Agoda call centre requires intermational calling which would have caused a bomb) , they found that my booking was with Experia under a different booking number. Then check into the room was a nightmare, Toilet door could not be open, cause the locks jammed. Air con also not working, Bath shower too. Just too many things that make an unhappy stay. Avoid this hotel.
