We stayed in this hotel for three night. The hotel is among the most pricy hotel of the Saracen bay but definitely is value is above all the other offers. Before heading and reserve the hotel we visited personally almost all the other hotel in the bay and the facilities and room were highly better than other similar option. It is situated on the best beach spot were the beach is cleaner and wider. The staff was very helpful and helped me to organize a little party for my girlfriend's birthday. They were very responsive when I forgot my laptop in the room during check out and helped me to retrieve it in no time. The restaurant is cozy and the breakfast has a good quality standard. On the other side the restaurant is overprice respect to the culinary level they offer. The room are the best respect what we saw in the bay but not exceptional. If I had to come in the bay again it is the place I would like to stay!!

Honest review from a repeat customer: this resort has been my number one spot on the island to bring friends, family & out-of-town guests. The main draw is the stunning, unobstructed view of the beach from the pool. It's the whole selling point and the main reason we recommend it to others. That's why it was such a letdown this time to see a huge barricade put up around the pool. The staff mentioned it's for the windy season because some guests complained about sand. I get it, but let's be real, if you're at a beach, sand and wind are part of the deal. It's funny, we could see other resorts down the beach that were just fine without blocking the view. And here's the real kicker: the barricade barely blocks the wind! So now you're stuck with this ugly wall, you still get hit with the wind, but you've lost the very view you paid for. It's a lose-lose. It's better to just see the beautiful sea and deal with winds than to have this blockade and still get the same wind impact. So now, the main thing everyone comes here for is gone. We've come for a beach front view, now there's hardly any views. Huge miss by management, in my opinion. Please, just get rid of the barrier. It's a real shame, because otherwise the place is great. I have to give a shout-out to the staff, they are wonderful, very professional, and always so responsive. And the breakfast was good. That just makes this pool situation even more frustrating, because everything else is almost spot-on.

I had a great stay- but there are things you need to know. The beds are much harder than the usual for this level of hotel. (and I like a firm mattress) The breakfast was also a bit disappointing, terrible coffee and with only cold eggs and no egg cook some days. The restaurant was fine, but expensive, so we ate at Sara's every meal. They often ran out of towels, seemed understaffed overall. We loved- the beach- location on the beach was good- ocean color just like the photos. but we got lots of sandfly bites. The room was private and lovely other than the bed. spacious with nice balcony and large bathroom.

This was just what we needed after a busy time in Siem Reap. The beach is lovely to walk along and there are several places to eat in the evening and trips that can be booked for daytime activities. We were very lazy and just decided to rest during our time here. The staff do their upmost to ensure you have everything needed for a great stay. Breakfast was good as was dinner however the cost for dinners was expensive compared to other establishments along the beach. We had a fabulous relaxing time.
