• General Stay Guidelines

• Welcome to Kabin Tiny Home. We aim to provide a comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free stay. We kindly ask all guests to treat the space with care and respect, as you would your own home.

• Guest Capacity:

• Maximum of 3 guests only. That is included the Children below 10years old.

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay inside the unit.

• Check-in & Check-out:

• Check-in: 2PM

• Check-out: 12noon

• Please observe check-out time to allow proper cleaning for the next guest

• Smoking Policy

• Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit

• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

• Violation may result in additional 3000 php cleaning charges.

• Bedding & Linen Care (VERY IMPORTANT):

• Please use bedding and towels properly.

• Avoid staining linens with substances such as food, makeup, or any liquids.

• Any excessive staining may require replacement, and corresponding costs may be charged.

• Cleanliness & Care:

• Please keep the unit reasonably clean during your stay.

• Dispose of trash properly.

• Avoid leaving excessive mess that requires special cleaning.

• Noise Policy:

• Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

• Respect neighbors and building rules.

• Appliances & Facilities:

• Use appliances properly and safely.

• Turn off lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when not in use.

• Any damage due to misuse may be subject to charges.

• Security & Safety:

• Always lock the door when leaving the unit.

• Do not share access codes with unauthorized persons.

• Prohibited Activities:

• No parties or events.

• No illegal activities.

• No vandalism or misuse of property.

• Damage & Liability Policy (LEGAL CORE):

• Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during their stay.

• Items that are damaged beyond repair or hygienic use (including linens, bedding, and furnishings) may require replacement, and costs will be based on actual expenses incurred.

• All claims will be supported by documentation and handled in accordance with platform policies.
