View Al Madinah Hotel

The hotel location is near to the mosque (south side) despite that it requires longer than usual (north side) of the mosque as ladies entrance! For 3-star hotel the facilities provided is acceptable while the staff was trying their best to address any requirement even if this can be done through anther hotel (under their management). The staff was so friendly from the reception to the waiters in the buffet.. special thank to Kareem for helping us..

It is a decent newly built hotel about 2 mins walk to the Haram (side of the prophet’s grave). Room is as spacious and beds were comfortable. Service was good as expected from a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. One has to walk about ten minutes to go to the store ther side of the mosque where most of the shops and restaurants are

The hotel is literally a three-minute walk from Masjid an-Nabawi, with convenient access to Fence Gate No. 365. It also provides easy access to the Masjid's basement parking, as well as a convenient exit to the First Ring Road—King Faisal Road—from the hotel. Hotel Basement parking is available for SAR 5 per hour. I booked a junior suite; however, its location was somewhat unusual, as it was situated in the middle of the hotel rather than offering a view, which I usually prefer. The carpet also appeared somewhat outdated, and there were not enough towels in the room. Floor towels were not provided either. The breakfast was fairly standard, so it is best not to expect too much. On the positive side, the hotel offers Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby during the morning and afternoon. The lobby is acceptable for the size of the hotel, although it is not very spacious. When large groups arrive—particularly guests returning from a bus journey—the lobby can become crowded /noises. Overall, the hotel successfully served the main purpose of our visit: being close to and visiting the Prophet's Masjid.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at View Al Madinah Hotel. We booked two rooms with four beds, which were clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The staff were welcoming, polite, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the rooms spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and family-friendly. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to visit Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, and the facilities met all of our needs. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend View Al Madinah Hotel to anyone, especially families, looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Madinah.

Good food at this hotel , the Sahoor and iftari food quality and taste was very good
