Lycksele Inn

Breakfast was from 8-10. We arrived at 9 and there was no coffee. There was no staff around to ask for more and no way to make your own. All the condiments were out on a counter without any form of cooling for hours. We are talking cheese, meat, juice, yoghurt and milk. The edges of the meats had started curling and the cheese had dried. The milk and yoghurt was warm. I hope they throw it all out because leaving stuff out like this, refrigerating it and then letting it sit out again would be an actual health hazard. Terrible. The room was decent. The bed was slightly firm. Shower and bathroom had permanent fixtures for soap and shower gel but they were broken and instead there were flasks out. Did not feel as "premium" as the name "premium room" stated. There was an issue with my phone number so I had not gotten the check-in information. I managed to get a hold of a staff member by phone. He was quickly in place to help us with check-in but was quite rude and not very service minded. There was no information when booking that this was a non-staffed check-in, neither that the check-in information was to be sent by sms. I would not recommend.
