Very conveniently located near the airport and the staff are friendly & helpful. However the water & bed in the room could be cleaner and the air conditioning could be better. Breakfast spread is delicious & overall value for money

Great layover stay near the airport

Very conveniently located near the airport and the staff are friendly & helpful. However the water & bed in the room could be cleaner and the air conditioning could be better. Breakfast spread is delicious & overall value for money

Exceptional

I had a pleasant stay at Horison Ultima Bandara Balikpapan. The location is very convenient just located next to airport and offer free shuttle service to airport and making it ideal for travelers. The hotel environment is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The room was tidy, and clean. Breakfast was included, and the food is recommended-it was satisfying and added great value to the experience. Enjoyable place to stay.

Suasana dan pelayanan cukup bagus dan dapat di pertahankan. Tambahan mungkin dari beberapa area sediakan tong sampah., sehingga tamu bisa membuang sampah lebih mudah dan tidak merepotkan pic hotel
