The West Cove Hotel Anyer

I only stay there for 1 day. Overall the place is clean and comfy, car park not that far Few things the hotel could improve 1. House keeping service : when I arrived, bathroom run out of bodywash. Housekeeping didnt check it before. When I complained, it needs twice reminders and couple hours until housekeeping came. And he didnt say sorry, and blame the other shift for not refill it 2. They didnt give me towel for swim, they said it was still in laundry process?? 3. Lift is not working : I dont mind going up and down 4 floors just to go to beach. But it would be a major problem if I go with my parents

Our first experience was really nice. My friend and I were truly impressed by the hotel’s design, its strategic location, and especially the view. The sunset was absolutely amazing. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, and the quality was very good. There is also an angkringan by the pool where guests can enjoy light snacks and drinks while swimming or simply relaxing and taking in the view around the pool area. However, the staff could be more proactive. Overall, they were actually nice, but in my opinion, they could have been more helpful. I base this on two experiences my friend and I had during our stay. The first incident happened when we were swimming and enjoying the sunset. We ordered a couple of snacks and drinks from the angkringan. Unfortunately, there was no table near where we were sitting, so I asked the staff to provide one so we could place our food and drinks, as we had quite a lot. I asked twice, and the staff simply responded “yes” without actually looking for a table. In the end, when I noticed an empty table nearby, I took it myself because the staff took too long to assist us. The second incident occurred the next morning when we went swimming again. The staff informed us that the pool opens from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and we were there around 10 a.m. However, the pool housekeeper had not arrived yet, even though we needed towels. I asked another staff member for help, and they said they would inform the person in charge. After asking twice, the PIC of the pool bar finally arrived and started preparing the bar. When we asked about the towels, he mentioned that they had requested them from housekeeping. In the end, my friend and I had to return to our room still wet because there were no towels available at the pool, and the staff did not respond promptly. This is definitely something that could be improved in the future.

Siap2 naik tangga ya untuk kamar tertentu, dan disini sulit main di pinggir pantai krn hanya ada jalan kecil dan belum tentu bisa diakses, tapi kalau yg nyari kolam renang disini ada kolam yg besar memanjang bisa renang sambil liat sunset atau sekedar duduk sambil menikmati makanan berbayar, ada juga kolam anak yg lengkap permainannya

Hotel nyaman, bersih, betah, fasilitas bagus, recommended 👍🙂
