If you want a ac room at low budget then this stay is the best, had good stay here, but the property is little far from the center of the city.

Highly disappointing experience. The room I booked online and prepaid was not the same room that was provided upon arrival. The advertisement and actual accommodation did not match, which was misleading from the start. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait for several minutes before being allowed into the room, despite having booked the stay a day in advance. This gave the impression that the room was only being prepared after our arrival rather than being ready for check-in. Even then, the room appeared unclean ,dirty and had a noticeable foul odour upon arrival. The room also lacked basic amenities. There were no toiletries, no towels, no kettle, and not even a drinking glass available. We had to request a glass just to drink water. no mosquito repellent or All Out device had been provided. We had to request one ourselves, which added to the inconvenience. Basic guest comfort and hygiene standards seemed to have been overlooked throughout the stay. What frustrated me the most was the confusion surrounding the late check-out charges. Before extending our stay, we informed the reception in advance that we would be delayed due to work and specifically asked about the additional cost. We were clearly told that staying until 5:00 PM would cost ₹500 extra. Based on that information, we agreed. However, we were later asked to pay ₹1,000 instead. When we questioned the sudden change, we were told that this was the property’s policy and that the owner had instructed the receptionist to charge the higher amount. This inconsistent and unprofessional. To avoid unnecessary arguments, we chose not to dispute the matter further and ended up booking the room for an additional day, even though we left the hotel shortly afterward and did not actually stay overnight. I would not recommend this hotel. For the amount charged, there are far better options available. The advertisement was misleading, the room provided did not match what was shown online, and even basic amenities were missing. I hope the management improves its standards and treats future guests with greater transparency and professionalism.

Hotel is not suitable for family. It's like oyo ....you will regret if you go with family. Room is very dirty, need room spray, now you can understand at what level is it.
