7th – 10th August 2023 Valencia, Spain Palacio Vallier (By MYR Hotels), Valencia I am going to put down random thoughts / comments as they spring up: - check-in swift and very pleasant male staff promptly popped out to greet us when we arrived in our hired car. He told us to just leave it there and he would take care of the rest. That was very assuring and welcoming. Later we learnt that it was Euro25 per night, and we thought it was a good deal. - 5/F has a roof bar, a nice simple layout. - Small reception area, with a bar and a restaurant all on the same G/F where the reception is - No need for room key to authorise access to room, as what is seen as the norm in other hotels as a security measure for all guests - Very nice room, very quiet, very clean and a classy design - Bedding all very clean, starched white and crisp - Bathroom, table tops, flooring etc very clean and fresh smelling albeit bath towels and the rest of the towels not as white and fluffy, paled against the white bedsheets & pillow cases - Toiletries not replenished on day 2 unless requested, yet they gave us one small bottle of body lotion daily - Coffee machine with six capsules + three types of tea bags. Water kettle with cord well stationed to conveniently plug into the wall socket; ditto for coffee machine - All bottled water and soft drinks in fridge are on the house - Two complimentary chocolates a day. The first night we got two nicely wrapped chocolates in box & ribbon placed on the bed as a welcome gesture - Telly worked fine and with pillow menu on their inhouse channel - Bed is big and very comfy and with nightly turndown service - Slippers, bathrobes + laundry bag provided - The best is the heated metal rods in the bathroom that help to warm up the icy cold marbles on a cold day, but when we were there it was 34C so we used the heated rods to dry some small washed items like boat socks. A wonderful hotel. Great location, friendly staff, rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was great, and the staff were very accommodating. Would recommend this hitel to friends and family.

This place is one of my new fave.. the hotel staff are extremely great like Davina (I’m not sure I got this right but her name starts with a D) … she provided me with excellent service. The hotel is also not crowded , very clean and made me feel like I’m home… will defintely go back and I highly recommend.

This hotel is so beautifully decorated. Staff members are absolutely so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the history of Valencia and of the hotel itself. Location is super convenient too!

Overall,we have a warm hospitality stay with those warmest,passion & friendly by their staffs,especially Ms.Romy & Mr.Walid and Mark.Meanwhile,of course we has a comfortable stay at their nice environment stay,especially we did enjoyed the roof top with those nice view.We definitely will stay at this gorgeous hotel if we visit Valencia again.
