Booked 2 rooms, 1 for 3 days and other one for 1 day. Reached at 3.30, almost 1.30 hrs late than the check in time. Nobody called for confirmation. Gates were closed, waited there for 10 mins, searched online for resort number and called. Owner took the call and asked to wait. Waited 5 more mins, nobody came. We had to open the lock ourself and get in.. No staff (neither the owner) were there. Luckly, one of the staffs was someone we lnew earlier. So, he gave his mobile no and helped thereafter. Roof and furnitre are wooden, for one room, that wood smell was there, which i could not suffer. No toiletries kept in the room. Had to ask, for each room. Sheets, blankets and pillows are white colour, and not clean. For one room( which we took for 1 day) the pillow and covers were stained, hair on. We asked for a replacement and they just brought 2 covers which were not clean as well. No telephone in the room. There is a bell switch, which noone answers. Extra bed charged 750/- for one night. Small area, just 8 rooms. Rooms are big.

Overrated for no reason

Not worth the proce.
For the price quoted, no facilities were given. While staying at a place, prime importance is for basic facilities,, not river view. Poor cleanliness. Poor staff attendance. (Except breakfast, which was good and served on time) Not easy to reach the staff for any service. Nobody attends the room bell. no toiletries were kept.
