The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the amenities provided were impressive, including reliable hot water and spacious rooms that ensured a good night's sleep. However, cleanliness left much to be desired, which was disappointing given the otherwise positive experience(stained sheets). The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room has a very good setup adding to the overall value of the stay despite the cleanliness issues.

The place offers great value for money with convenient amenities like hot water and decent housekeeping, making it comfortable overall. Its location is fairly walkable, adding to the convenience. However, the cleanliness and staff service could be improved, and the Wi-Fi connection was notably unreliable during the stay.

Pros - Location is good - near 7/11, stores, coffee shop, carinderia, pharmacy - aircon is working well - staff is friendly Cons - there’s a construction ongoing when we stayed there so it’s VERY NOISY super early in the morning to late at night (the staff didn’t inform us). We can’t sleep. - rooms are located at the side of the main road so you can hear noise from motorcycles/cars even late at night - water pressure is very very very weak - no mirror - wifi is slow

So far so good naman, we enjoyed it tho malayo lang yung place sa SM City Iloilo.
